What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium snacks and beverages, while corporate charters provide facilities for meetings and options for business catering.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your reservation at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during our busy period from May through September. For business related events or private functions, arranging your booking 4–6 weeks ahead will offer better vessel availability and sufficient time for any tailored requests.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Given that safety is our foremost concern, in case our captain deems the weather conditions hazardous, we propose to either reschedule your charter to another suitable date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather trends and will reach out to you 24 hours in advance of your departure should we forecast any concerns.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, bringing your own food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. In addition, we provide exceptional catering services with custom menus to suit your preferences. For safety purposes, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to serving all guests. Several of our yachts are designed for better accessibility than others. We invite you to discuss any specific requirements upon booking, and we will guide you to the most appropriate yacht and take care of the necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations initiated more than 72 hours before departure will be fully refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before the departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter are generally non-refundable, unless the cancellation results from our side due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties.
